From your date of purchase, you have 30 days money back return without no questions asked ( of course we will ask you if theres anyway we can help out in the situation).all we need is the item to returned back in its received condition with the invoice/paperwork and reason of return and the refund will be processed. We do not cover the cost of returns if there is no issue with the toner cartridge, or if we do not find any issue upon inspection.
Replacements
We understand toner cartridges are a delicate item and during rough transit or even in an unfortunate event of a faulty toner, arriving damaged or not working as it should be We will instantly help, and send out a replacement ( in some cases we may require pictures of the cartridge or printout, please do understand if we do not request this it just opens the door for everyone to request replacements (-: )
Any issues after 30 days
Your toner cartridge has a 2 year guarantee , meaning any issues within the 2 years just let us know, for example if the toner didnt print the predicted amount of pages it was suppose to ,contact us with a print status of the cartridge as evidence and we will deal with either a replacement.
